Digital Products Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
  • The product was not delivered as described due to technical issues.
  • The product is defective or corrupted and cannot be accessed or used as intended.
  • A duplicate purchase of the same product was made accidentally.
Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The product was purchased by mistake or without reading the product description.
  • You have changed your mind after purchase.
  • You no longer need the product.
  • Inability to use the product due to incompatibility with your system or device. Please ensure you meet the system requirements before purchase
Refund Request Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps: 

  • Contact our customer support team at orders@poshcompliance.store within 7 days of your purchase.
  • Provide the following details in your refund request:
  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages)

Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Refund Approval

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
